MTB Thermally Conductive Black Polyimide Film
Description:
MTB Black Polyimide Film (e.g Kapton® MTB, LIREN® MTB film) is a thermally conductive opaque film, possesses higher thermal conductivity properties than standard polyimide film. This property makes it ideal for applications requiring efficient thermal energy transfer, such as loudspeaker voice coils frame, electrical insulating pads and flexible printed circuit board. Moreover it also can offer an excellent combination of electrical, physical and mechanical properties.
Characteristics
• Excellent thermal conductivity
• High opacity black film
• Good dimensional stability
• Chemical resistance
• Flame resistance UL V-0
• High and low temp resistance
Application:
• Voice coil frame of loudspeaker
• High temperature resistant label
• Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC)
• Insulation Pads (heat sink)
• Military applications
