Nomex® Tape with Silicone
Description:
Nomex® Tape with Silicone is made of DuPont Nomex® Aramid Paper coated with silicone adhesive, and packaged in roll of 30m or 50m.
Nomex® Adhesive Tape has excellent solvent resistance, and is conformable and flexible with superior ability to absorb resins and varnishes. It also has very high temperature rating, excellent tear resistance and flame resistance. It is used as insulation material of class N (200°C).
Application:
Nomex® Tape with Silicone is used for insulating, holding, reinforcing and protecting of electric components, coils, capacitors, transformers, and motors, especially in high temperature and high voltage applications. It can also be used as a barrier to protect a system from the heat and splatter of solder.

Shelf Life: To obtain best performance, use this product within 12 months from date of delivery and store under normal
conditions of 60º to 80ºF (16º to 27ºC) and 40 to 60% R.H. in the original carton.
