Class H Saturated DMD Flexible Laminates

Description:

HD Saturated DMD Flexible Laminates (similar to Myoflex® PVSH) consist of specialized PET film covered on both sides with polyester non-woven impregnated with high grade temperature resistant resin in C-stage.

HD Saturated DMD Laminates shows excellent electrical and mechanical properties and high thermal resistance. It has a smooth surface so that it can be easily processed in automatic inserting machines.

Application；

HD Saturated DMD is mainly used as slot liner, slot closure, phase-to-phase and turn-to-turn insulation of electric motor in Class F (155°C) or Class H (180°C) insulation system. It can be also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.
