Class F Saturated DMD Flexible Laminate

Description：

Class F Saturated DMD Flexible Laminate (equivalent to Myoflex® PVS, TRIVOLTHERM® TF) consists of PET film coated on both sides with polyester non-woven impregnated with high grade temperature resistant resin in C-stage.

Class F Saturated DMD Laminate shows excellent electrical and mechanical properties and high thermal resistance. It has a smooth surface so that it can be easily processed in automatic inserting machines.

Application:

Class F Saturated DMD is mainly used as slot liner, slot closure, phase-to-phase and turn-to-turn insulation in class F (155ºC) electrical motors. It can be also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.
