Class F DMD Saturated Flexible Laminates

Description:

Class F DMD Saturated Flexible Laminates (equivalent to Myoflex® PVS, Voltaflex® F£¬TRIVOLTHERM® TF) consists of PET film covered on both sides with polyester non-woven impregnated with high grade temperature resistant resin.

Class F DMD Saturated Laminates show excellent electrical and mechanical properties and high thermal resistance of class F (155ºC). It has a smooth surface which allows a trouble free manufacture of low voltage motors where coil inserting machines are used.

Application:

Class F Saturated DMD is mainly used as slot liner, slot closure, phase and turn-to-turn insulation in electrical motors. It can be also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.
