Description:
G10 & FR4 Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminated Sheets are a kind of rigid laminated product, prepared from E-glass cloth impregnated with the modified epoxy resin.
G10 is in accordance with the following international standards:
IEC60893 EP GC 201/ NEMA LI-1:G10 / DIN 7735 Hgw 2372/ BS 3953 EP 3.
FR4 is in accordance with the following international standards:
IEC60893 EP GC 202 / NEMA LI-1:FR4 / DIN 7735 Hgw 2372.1 / BS 3953 EP-4.
G10 & FR4 Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminated Sheet exhibit high mechanical strength with good dynamic properties, very good chemical resistance as well as excellent thermal endurance properties. In addition, FR4 has excellent flame resistance (UL V-0).
Application:
G10 & FR4 Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminated Sheets can be used for a high quality construction material as well as an electrical insulation material in various machines and equipments.
