G11 & FR5 Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminated Sheets

Description:

G11 & FR-5 Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminated Sheets are a kind of rigid laminated product, prepared from E-glass cloth impregnated with the high temperature resistant epoxy resin.

G11 is in accordance with the following international standards:

IEC60893 EP GC 203/ NEMA LI-1:G11 / DIN 7735 Hgw 2372.4 / BS 3953 EP-5.

FR5 is in accordance with the following international standards:               

IEC60893 EP GC 204 / NEMA LI-1:FR5 / DIN 7735 Hgw 2372.2 / BS 3953 EP-6.

G11 & FR5 Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminated Sheets exhibit excellent thermal and chemical resistance as well as high mechanical strength at elevated temperature (150¡æ). In addition, FR5 has excellent flame resistance (UL V-0).

Application:

G11 & FR5 Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminated Sheets can be used for a high quality construction material as well as an electrical insulation material in various machines and equipments, especially in those areas where high mechanical strength and dynamic properties are necessary at operating temperature.  

¡ñ Nominal Thickness & Tolerance:

Thickness:  0.1mm - 80.0mm

Normal Size: 1020¡Á1220 mm, 1020¡Á2040 mm.

The other size can be also supplied upon agreement.
