Fire Resistant Synthetic Mica Tape consists of the best heat resistant synthetic mica paper impregnated with a special silicone resin and a glass cloth as a carrier.

This mica tape has excellent fire resistance above 1100°C, good workability, high physical and electrical properties, can resist extreme thermal stresses and give outstanding fire protection.

It has outstanding characteristics and designed to meet the individual requirements of users in telecommunications, wires & cables industry. It is applied over the conductors, with the mica layer facing the copper to act as the ultimate electrical and thermal insulation.
