Fire Resistant Phlogopite Mica Tape consists of a phlogopite mica paper impregnated with a special silicone resin and a glass cloth or PE film as a carrier.

This mica tape has excellent fire resistance above 950°C, good workability, high physical and electrical properties, can resist extreme thermal stresses and give outstanding fire protection. It is incombustible, asbestos and halogene free and does not create toxic gases.

Fire Resistant Phlogopite Mica Tape is used for the production of fire-proof cables for public buildings, hotels, hospitals, subways, ships, airplanes, oil-platforms, steel mills, computer centre, astronautics etc.
