Fiberglass Mesh for Transformer

LR-GMF Fiberglass Mesh for Transformer consists of electrical insulation-grade glass yarn mesh fabric coated with high-performance resin in C-stage. This product exhibits excellent electrical properties, good thermal resistance of class F as well as high mechanical properties at elevated operating temperatures. LR-GMF Fiberglass Mesh is an excellent reinforcing material. It is widely used for electrical reinforcing insulation in transformers, reactors, and other electrical machines and appliances.

Dogbone Pultruded Profiles

Dogbone Pultruded Profiles are made from glass fiber as reinforcement, synthetic resin as matrix by pultrusion process. The resin matrix can be polyester, vinyl ester or epoxy resin. Dogbone Pultruded Profiles have very smooth surface, high mechanical strength, excellent electrical properties, superior flame resistance, high arc and carbon track resistance, and good thermal properties. Thermal class is available for Class F, H, and C. Dogbone Pultruded Profiles are used extensively as insulating supports for coil winding in transformer, switchgear and other types of electrical apparatus.

GPO-3 / UPGM203 Polyester Glass Mat Laminate Sheet

GPO-3 Polyester Glass Mat Laminate Sheet is produced by combining polyester resin with glass mat and suitable in organic fillers and laminating under heat and pressure.
This laminate is in accordance with the following international standards:
NEMA LI-1: GPO-3, IEC60893 UP GM 203, DIN 7735 HM2471/ HM2472.
GPO-3 laminates sheet offers a superior combination of electrical and mechanical properties such as dielectric strength, flame resistance, high arc and carbon track resistance, moderate heat resistance and high-impact strength. It also exhibits good retention of properties and dimensional stability at elevated temperatures.
GPO-3 Laminate Sheet is used extensively in the making of phase and end barriers, insulating supports, bus bar supports and mounting panels in switchgear and other types of electrical apparatus。

G10 & FR4 Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminated Sheets

G10 & FR4 Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminated Sheets are a kind of rigid laminated product, prepared from E-glass cloth impregnated with the modified epoxy resin.
G10 is in accordance with the following international standards:
IEC60893 EP GC 201/ NEMA LI-1: G10 / DIN 7735 Hgw 2372/ BS 3953 EP 3.
FR4 is in accordance with the following international standards:
IEC60893 EP GC 202 / NEMA LI-1: FR4 / DIN 7735 Hgw 2372.1 / BS 3953 EP-4.
G10 & FR4 Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminated Sheet exhibit high mechanical strength with good dynamic properties, very good chemical resistance as well as excellent thermal endurance properties. In addition, FR4 has excellent flame resistance (UL V-0).

FR5 is in accordance with the following international standards:

L884 & L885 Antistatic Conductive Laminated Sheet is a kind of rigid laminated product, prepared from E-glass cloth impregnated with the special epoxy resin mixed conductor.
This Laminated Sheet has excellent mechanical properties and shows conductivity parallel and perpendicular to the layers as well as high chemical and temperature resistance.
LR884 & LR885 Antistatic Conductive Laminated Sheet can be used as a conductive slot filler in high voltage machines and also as soldering bath carriers for printed circuits, when sensitive components have to be protected against static charges.

Phenolic Cold Punching Paper Laminated Sheets

LR207 Phenolic Cold Punching Paper Laminated Sheets are a rigid laminated product of thermal rating class E(120℃), made from pure wood pulp paper impregnated with phenolic resin by processing under heat and pressure. It is in accordance with the IEC 60893 PFCP 207.
This Laminated Sheets have good machinability and punching quality at low temperature, high mechanical and electrical properties.
