PMP Insulation Paper PET Film Flexible Laminate Description: PMP is a three-ply combined flexible insulation material consisting of brown-yellow insulating paper and polyester film (e.g. Mylar ®). The used adhesive is acid free and thermal resistance. PMP has excellent electrical and mechanical properties. It has a smooth surface which allows a trouble free manufacture of low voltage motors where coil inserting machines are used. Application PMP is mainly used as a slot liner, slot closure, phase and turn-to-turn insulation in low voltage motors. Besides this PMP is used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances. NM  Nomex ® / Polyester Film  Flexible Laminates
NM Nomex ® / Polyester Flexible Laminates (equivalent to Myoflex® 1N50, 1N80) is a two-ply combined flexible materials. NM consists of PET film covered on one side with DuPont Nomex ® paper. Nomex ® Paper Thickness: 2mil (50¦Ìm), 3 mil (80¦Ìm). PET Film Thickness: 25, 50, 75,100,125,190, 250, 300, 350¦Ìm. NM shows high thermal resistance, excellent mechanical properties like high tensile strength and high edge tear resistance, and electrical properties. It was designed for automatic insertion machine. NM is mainly used as a slot liner, slot closure, phase and turn-to-turn insulation in low voltage electrical motors. it is also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.

Class B DMD Combined Flexible Material is a triple-layer electrical insulation material of thermal class 130¡æ, consisting of PET film(e.g. Du Pont Mylar ®) covered on both sides with polyester felt. This DMD has excellent electrical, mechanical, and impregnating properties. Class B DMD is mainly used as a slot liner, slot closure, phase and turn-to-turn insulation in electrical motors. It can be also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.

Class F DMD Combined Flexible Material (equivalent to Myoflex® PF, TRIVOLTHERM® P) consists of PET film(e.g. DuPont Mylar ®) covered on both sides with polyester non-woven. It is a triple-layer electrical insulation material of thermal class F (155ºC) with excellent electrical and mechanical properties and high thermal resistance. Class F DMD is mainly used as a slot liner, slot closure, phase and turn-to-turn insulation in electrical motors. It can be also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.
Class F Saturated DMD Flexible Laminates
Class F DMD Saturated Flexible Laminates (equivalent to Myoflex® PVS, Voltaflex® F£¬TRIVOLTHERM® TF) consists of PET film covered on both sides with polyester non-woven impregnated with high grade temperature resistant resin. It has a smooth surface which allows a trouble free manufacture of low voltage motors where coil inserting machines are used.
NK  Nomex ® / Kapton ®  Flexible Laminates
NK Nomex ® Polyimide Film Flexible Laminates(equivalent to Myoflex® 1NK25; ISONOM® NH) is a two-ply flexible laminate consisting of Polyimide film covered on one side with DuPont Nomex ® paper. NK is also called as NH. Nomex ® Thickness: 2mil(50¦Ìm), 3mil(80¦Ìm),5mil(130¦Ìm), 7mil(180¦Ìm). Polyimide Film Thickness: 30, 50, 75, 100, 125, 175¦Ìm NK exhibits good electrical strength, high thermal resistance as well as excellent mechanical properties at elevated operating temperatures. It has a smooth surface which allows a trouble free manufacture of low voltage motors where coil inserting machines are used. NH is mainly used as a slot liner, slot closure, phase and turn-to-turn insulation in thermal high stressed electrical motors. It is also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.
